Alice is a Qualified Coach, Personal Power Expert and Mum of two young boys. Born and raised in London, UK, she is now living by the sea in Peru, living a life she once used to dream about.
After the birth of her first child, Alice spent the next few years deeply understanding the concept of our “personal power”, after witnessing how her disempowering birth experience negatively impacted all aspects of her parenthood journey, for both herself and her husband.
Once she reactivated her own connection with her innate power, Alice was able to heal herself from all past trauma, overcome long-term health issues and reignite several relationships in her life that were once considered to be completely over. The ripple effect of this has been undeniable - having gone from simply surviving parenthood and feeling very lost in who she was, to thriving in all areas of her life.
Alice is now a “lighthouse” for other parents, for them to see what’s possible and to remind them that being a “great parent” was never about their parenting skills, strategies or even creating a strong connection with their children… Instead, it’s about activating their own power and understanding how this influences everything in their life, including their children’s ability to thrive.
