Terms of Service
To read carefully before accessing material or purchasing on this website.
The following Terms of Service are provided so that you have an upfront and clear understanding of what is involved in the process of working with Through The Written Word® Ltd. By accessing free material, purchasing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as governed by UK law. Any disputes shall be resolved under UK law in the courts of the United Kingdom. If you have any questions, contact us directly.
1. These Terms of Service apply to any product or package bought or accessed by the Client (you) from Through The Written Word Ltd Ltd (TTWW). By visiting this site, using any of the free resources and/or purchasing something from TTWW, you engage in its “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”), including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink or email.
2. For products purchased, including programmes, portals, experiences and downloadable PDFs, payments are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once the applicable cancellation period or any other statutory right to cancel has expired. Where a Client opts for a payment plan, the Client remains responsible for the agreed instalments for the purchased product or service, subject to any applicable statutory rights to cancel or terminate. If a payment is missed, TTWW may suspend access to the relevant services or programmes until the account is brought up to date. If an outstanding balance remains unpaid, TTWW reserves the right to take reasonable steps to recover the amount due, which may include referring the outstanding balance to a collection agency.
Where a Client requests that a service begins before the expiry of any applicable statutory cancellation period, the Client expressly requests that the service commence immediately and acknowledges that, where permitted by law, they may lose their statutory right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. Where the service has begun but has not been fully performed, any applicable statutory cancellation rights will continue to apply and the Client may be responsible for a proportionate amount of the service provided before cancellation.
3. TTWW will provide the product or service(s) purchased, as per these Terms of Service (and the Private Portal Agreement, if applicable).
4. When using or purchasing any products or offers that touch on health or contain a Disclaimer on this website, the Client accepts responsibility for their own health and understands that no product represents medical advice, prevention, diagnosis or treatment. All Services are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of specific health outcomes. TTWW does not guarantee that the Client will achieve results similar to anyone else or that they will achieve any results at all from the content contained on this website or in the Services. By purchasing and participating in the Services, the Client acknowledges that outcomes may depend on their own decisions and actions and that no refund or compensation will be provided solely on the basis of a lack of desired results.
The work provided by Through The Written Word Ltd and through Source-Origin Architecture® does not replace or override the Client's own judgement, discernment, values, knowledge or decision-making. The Client remains responsible for determining what is appropriate for them and for deciding what, if anything, they choose to do with anything that arises through the work. The Client is not required to agree with any observation, interpretation or perspective provided by Alice Kingsnorth or anyone associated with Through The Written Word Ltd. Participation does not require the Client to suspend, surrender or transfer their authority to Alice Kingsnorth or to Through The Written Word Ltd. Where professional advice or support is relevant to the Client's circumstances, the Client remains responsible for determining whether and when to seek it.
5. The Services, when necessary, will be carried out unsupervised at such times and places, as determined by TTWW and are subject to change with sufficient notice given.
6. TTWW confirms that they are responsible for their own income tax and National Insurance contributions, and for paying VAT (where applicable) and will not claim benefits granted to the Client or their employees. Buyers outside of the United Kingdom are responsible for any applicable VAT, sales taxes, duties, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.
7. For 1:1 Services, the Client will pay TTWW, as per the invoice and payment date/s.
8. The services will be delivered on or before the date agreed, for the agreed fee, which will be based on the description of the agreed service.
9. If, however, during the term of the service, additional services are requested by the Client, TTWW will confirm any additional fee and/or the new deadline.
10. TTWW (Through The Written Word®) retains full and exclusive ownership of all intellectual property, including all written, spoken, visual, digital, conceptual, structural, and methodological content created, provided or used within its Services. This includes - without limitation - programmes, products, modules, voice recordings, written transmissions, PDFs, teachings, and all derivative works.
By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any TTWW Service, the Client receives a limited, revocable, single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal use only. This licence grants access, not ownership.

12. Unless agreed otherwise at the outset, payments for 1-to-1 services will be made within 7 calendar days of receipt of TTWW’s invoice. Services will not begin until the (first) payment has been received.
13. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Client gives TTWW explicit consent to keep on record relevant personal information (e.g. name, contact details, occupation) as is necessary to carry out the Service. The Client can request for their personal information to be accessed, rectified or deleted once the Service has been completed. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
14. Either the Client or TTWW has the right to terminate a contract for services if there is a serious breach of its terms. Any notification of termination must be done in writing.

TTWW reserves the right to moderate or remove content and members if conduct violates community standards, including abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or offensive behaviour.
17. The Client affirms that they are currently able to maintain grounded contact with daily life, including personal relationships, work responsibilities and appropriate social boundaries. The Client understands that this work is not suitable for individuals experiencing psychosis, delusional thinking, mania or loss of functional reality-testing. If, in TTWW’s sole discretion, the Client demonstrates a loss of grounding, impairment in judgment or increasing reliance on symbolic, grandiose or externalised authority frameworks, TTWW reserves the right to pause or terminate the work without refund and may recommend external professional support.
18. The Client acknowledges that no language, insight, observation or interaction provided through the Services constitutes spiritual, cosmic, absolute or universal authority, and that participation does not confer any authority to speak on behalf of Through The Written Word Ltd, Alice Kingsnorth, Source-Origin Architecture® or any associated work, framework or intellectual property.
The Client must not represent, publicly or privately, that they are speaking on behalf of Through The Written Word Ltd, Alice Kingsnorth, Source-Origin Architecture® or any associated work, framework, code or source as a result of their participation.
Any public sharing of the Client's personal experience of the Services must be presented as the Client's own experience and interpretation and must not be represented as an official statement, teaching, interpretation or position of Through The Written Word Ltd or Alice Kingsnorth.
Nothing in this clause prevents the Client from exercising their own judgement, discussing their own experience or expressing their own views about the Services.
19. TTWW may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Any such changes will become effective upon the posting of the revised Terms on this website. If a change to these Terms is deemed to be a material change, TTWW will give the Client reasonable notice before such changes take effect, by sending a message to the email address the Client provides. The Client’s use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms will constitute their acceptance of the new Terms. If the Client does not agree with the updated Terms of Service, TTWW may terminate any existing booking, product or package.
